Beton

"Beton" literally translates as "concrete" from Czech. However, in this case the name of the cocktail simply derives from the first few letters of Becherovka and tonic.

Ingredients:

• 4 measures Becherovka (double shot)
• 1 measure lemon juice (a dash)
• 20 measures tonic water (2/3 can
• Slice of lemon
• Ice

Stir with ice and pour into a highball glass. Add a thin slice of lemon.
